CITROËN CASE STUDY
In 2015 Interact were appointed by Citroën UK to continue the supply of customer facing furniture to their network. We took over the furniture supply role from an incumbent Turkish manufacturer and instantly reduced the lead time for Citroën to install furniture into their dealerships from two months to four weeks.
Citroën’s furniture scheme proved to be particularly challenging to manufacture however within 5 weeks from our instruction to proceed we began delivering to the network.
