TOYOTA GB RC2025 CASE STUDY

Interact has had the pleasure of working with Toyota GB for several years, and we recently undertook the deployment of the Retail Concept 2025 (RC2025) interior corporate identity across Toyota’s UK dealer network. Our services ranged from the initial design concept deconstruction, through to the final delivery and installation, demonstrating our comprehensive capabilities in creating holistic retail environments.

The design process began with the deconstruction of the RC2025 concept, which our engineering teams then realised through rapid turnaround prototyping and the successful installation of the first EMEA pilot site. Key elements of the design included suspended ceiling feature rafts, oversized modular display framework systems, and various hospitality settings. Customer engagement was at the forefront of the design, as evidenced by the dedicated welcome zones, service reception and Internet desks, as well as consultation booths. Merchandise display systems were also integrated, offering a complete brand experience.

Our full-time, in-house installation specialists worked tirelessly to deliver a demanding and complex design concept. The team leveraged their engineering expertise to ensure cost efficiency and deliverability within the constraints of the programme. Complementing this, Interact’s robust and practical furniture systems, manufactured in the UK to our exacting standards, contributed to the project’s overall success.

Supporting this expansive project was our comprehensive storage and logistics services. We were able to warehouse and manage stockholding of longer lead time components, ensuring smooth operation and timely deliveries. Our modern, efficient fleet of vehicles was instrumental in servicing the requirements of the programme.
